Change or cancel your plan

Change your plan
Open Settings > Billing and choose Change plan. An upgrade starts at once; a downgrade starts at your next renewal.
Cancel
Choose Cancel plan, pick Cancel my plan, choose Continue, then Cancel plan. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Your trades stay yours.
Invoices and refunds
Invoices are listed on the same page. For a refund, choose Ask for a refund: it opens Contact us with Refund picked.
