Is there a free trial?

No. Instead you get a 14-day refund on your first payment, and sample trades to explore the app before you pay. Trying it is risk-free without leaving a card on file for a trial you forgot about.

What exactly does the AI read?

Your screenshot: the symbol, timeframe, entry, stop and target from your position tool, and the levels, zones and lines you drew. It shows you everything it read and you fix anything wrong before it's saved.

How accurate is it?

Accepted Answer

Good on clear charts, weaker on cluttered ones. That's why every field is shown for review, with "Check this" on the ones our own checks flag (for example a price outside the chart, or nothing read at all). You're never saving numbers you haven't seen.

Which chart platforms work?

Accepted Answer

Any. It reads the picture, so TradingView, MetaTrader, cTrader, NinjaTrader, thinkorswim and others all work as long as the chart and your drawings are visible. It reads normal candlestick and bar charts best: charts with no time axis (Renko, Point and Figure, Kagi) and footprint or Market Profile views aren't read reliably yet, and Heikin Ashi candles show averaged prices, so check any price it reads from them.

What if I don't draw anything on my charts?

You'll still get symbol, timeframe and entry. Reports on levels, zones and touches need your drawings, because that's where the data comes from.

Do I have to capture screenshots to use it?

Accepted Answer

No. You can type trades in or import a file from your broker. Those don't use captures.

Question 7

What happens when I hit my monthly capture limit?

Accepted Answer

Capture pauses until your count resets, or you upgrade. Everything else keeps working: add trades by hand, import, review, reports.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any time in Settings › Billing. Upgrades apply straight away and you pay the difference. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you've paid for.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You keep your account. You can still sign in, see everything and export it. You just can't capture new screenshots or use Pro features until you come back. We delete data only when you ask us to.

Are my screenshots private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. They're stored in your account, only you can see them, and they're deleted when you delete the trade or your account. They're sent to our AI provider only to be read. We don't sell your data or use it to advertise.
