14-day refund
If TradeStora isn't for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No forms, no questions.
How to ask
Use Contact us and choose the topic Refund. A person reads it and replies within 24 hours.
When the money arrives
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, in 5 to 10 working days.
A renewal caught you out
Write to us within 14 days of the renewal. We refund it in full in the first 7 days, and after that for the days you did not use.
Your data after a refund
Your trades stay yours. You can still sign in, read them and export them.
