Create a Flex Query

  1. In Client Portal open Performance & Reports > Flex Queries.
  2. Create a Trades query: the Orders or Trades section, format CSV, and include Multiplier and Open/Close.
  3. Run it for up to 365 days and download the CSV.

Import it

Open Import, choose Interactive Brokers (Flex), and drop the file in. For more than a year, run the query once per year and import each file: trades you already have are skipped.

Good to know

  • Use a Flex Query, not the Activity Statement PDF or HTML.
  • Option fills are skipped for now.
