Connect your broker (Pro)

Broker sync is part of Pro. It reads your closed trades. It can never place, change or close a trade.
Connect
- Open Import and choose your broker's tile. Today cTrader can be connected; other brokers are coming, so import their files for now.
- Choose Broker sync, pick the TradeStora account the trades belong to, and sign in with your broker.
- Back in TradeStora, the first sync brings in your closed trades. After that choose Re-sync now on Accounts whenever you want the newest ones.
Check it is working
Accounts shows each connection with its last sync time and a status. Re-sync now fetches at once (at most every 5 minutes).
Screenshots and synced trades
If you captured a trade from a screenshot and the same trade then arrives from your broker, the two are joined into one trade: the broker's numbers with your chart and notes.
Disconnect
Ask us through Contact us with the topic Import or broker, and we remove the link and its sign-in. Trades already synced stay in your journal.
